وَمَا تَشَاءُونَ إِلَّا أَنْ يَشَاءَ اللَّهُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمًا

And not you will except that wills Allah. Indeed, Allah is All-Knower, All-Wise.
